Most of our events are designed for guests aged 18 and above. Children may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for their safety and behavior.

6. Ticketing & Payments

  • All tickets are non-transferable and subject to availability.

     

  • Payments are processed securely online through our designated payment partners.

     

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available only if requested no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the event connected to the ticket.

     

  • To request a refund, the ticket holder must send an email to visit@tsiakkaswinery.com or contact@tsiakkaswinery.com, providing all of the following details in the body of the message:

     

    1. Full Name and Surname

       

    2. IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

       

    3. SWIFT/BIC Code

       

    4. Name of Bank

       

    5. Tickets Purchased (including event name and date)

       

    6. Phone Number

       

    7. Amount Paid

       

  • Requests missing any of the above details will not be processed.

     

  • By submitting this information, the guest agrees and understands that the refund process may take up to 14 business days to be completed.

     

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the provided account details.

     

7. Event Cancellations

In the rare event that Tsiakkas Winery Ltd cancels a scheduled event, we will notify all ticket holders by email. From the date the cancellation email is sent, guests will have a total of 14 business days to submit the necessary bank details for the refund to be processed.

Guests must send this information to visit@tsiakkaswinery.com or contact@tsiakkaswinery.com, including:

  1. Full Name and Surname

     

  2. IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

     

  3. SWIFT/BIC Code

     

  4. Name of Bank

Important:

  • If the required information is not received within 14 business days from the cancellation notice, the tickets will become non-refundable and non-transferable to any other event, experience, tasting, service, or product offered by Tsiakkas Winery Ltd.

     

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 14 business days from the date complete information is received.

     

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to offer a high-quality and safe experience, Tsiakkas Winery Ltd shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your visit or event attendance

     

  • Any changes in event programming, guest artists, or services

     

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, transportation disruptions, acts of nature)

     

9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in compliance with GDPR. By using our Website or purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Code of Conduct at Events

We expect all guests to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

  • Disrupts the experience of others

     

  • Acts inappropriately or unlawfully

     

  • Fails to comply with staff instructions or venue regulations

     

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website or purchase of tickets after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Force Majeure

15. Alcohol Consumption & Responsibility

All guests consuming alcoholic beverages at Tsiakkas Winery must be of legal drinking age in Cyprus (18+). We encourage responsible consumption and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. Tsiakkas Winery Ltd bears no responsibility for actions taken by guests after leaving the premises.

16. Photography & Media

By attending events at Tsiakkas Winery, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

17. Accessibility & Dietary Requirements

If you or a member of your party has specific mobility, accessibility, or dietary needs, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

  • Όλα τα εισιτήρια είναι προσωπικά και υπόκεινται σε διαθεσιμότητα.

  • Οι πληρωμές πραγματοποιούνται ηλεκτρονικά μέσω ασφαλών παρόχων.

Πολιτική Επιστροφών:

  • Επιστροφές χρημάτων επιτρέπονται μόνο αν ζητηθούν τουλάχιστον 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες πριν την εκδήλωση.

  • Για να ζητήσετε επιστροφή, παρακαλούμε στείλτε email στο visit@tsiakkaswinery.com ή contact@tsiakkaswinery.com, με τα παρακάτω στοιχεία:

    7. Ποσό πληρωμής

  • Η επεξεργασία της επιστροφής ενδέχεται να διαρκέσει έως 14 εργάσιμες ημέρες.

  • Ελλιπή αιτήματα δεν θα γίνονται δεκτά.

7. Ακύρωση Εκδηλώσεων

Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης εκδήλωσης από την Tsiakkas Winery Ltd, θα ενημερωθείτε μέσω email.
 Από τη στιγμή της ειδοποίησης, έχετε 14 εργάσιμες ημέρες για να αποστείλετε τα απαραίτητα τραπεζικά στοιχεία ώστε να πραγματοποιηθεί η επιστροφή.

Αν δεν παραληφθούν τα στοιχεία εντός αυτής της περιόδου:

  • Τα εισιτήρια καθίστανται μη επιστρέψιμα

  • Δεν μεταφέρονται σε άλλη εκδήλωση, εμπειρία, προϊόν ή υπηρεσία της Tsiakkas Winery Ltd

8. Αποποίηση Ευθύνης

Η Tsiakkas Winery Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για:

  • Σωματικές βλάβες ή απώλειες

  • Τροποποιήσεις σε προγράμματα, lineup ή περιεχόμενο

  • Απρόβλεπτες περιστάσεις (καιρικές συνθήκες, απεργίες κ.λπ.)

9. Προστασία Δεδομένων (GDPR)

Η συλλογή και χρήση των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων γίνεται βάσει του Κανονισμού GDPR.
 Έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης ή διαγραφής των στοιχείων σας, κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το Δίκαιο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά υπάγεται στην αρμοδιότητα των Δικαστηρίων Κύπρου.

12. Τροποποιήσεις

Ενδέχεται να αναθεωρήσουμε τους όρους. Τυχόν αλλαγές θα αναρτώνται στον ιστότοπο. Η συνέχιση της χρήσης του συνεπάγεται αποδοχή των αλλαγών.

15. Κατανάλωση Αλκοόλ & Ευθύνη

Η κατανάλωση αλκοόλ επιτρέπεται μόνο σε άτομα άνω των 18 ετών. Το προσωπικό διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί την εξυπηρέτηση σε άτομα που παρουσιάζουν μέθη ή απρεπή συμπεριφορά. Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη για τυχόν ενέργειες μετά την αποχώρησή σας από τον χώρο.

16. Φωτογραφίες & Βίντεο

Με την παρουσία σας σε εκδήλωση, αποδέχεστε ότι ενδέχεται να φωτογραφηθείτε ή να βιντεοσκοπηθείτε για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς, εκτός εάν μας ενημερώσετε εγγράφως εκ των προτέρων.

17. Προσβασιμότητα & Διατροφικές Ανάγκες

Αν εσείς ή κάποιος από την παρέα σας έχετε ανάγκες σχετικές με κινητικότητα ή διατροφή, παρακαλούμε να μας ενημερώσετε εκ των προτέρων. Θα κάνουμε το καλύτερο δυνατό για να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε.
