The program
As the Aristotle said, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” So, in order to truly understand Xynisteri as a variety, what better way is there than to explore all the expressions that this versatile grape has to offer?
Join us for a unique tasting experience hosted at the tower. The workshop will be presented by Orestis Tsiakkas, our oenologist, and Nikolas Christodoulides, the winery’s host.
You will have the opportunity to sample five versions of Xynisteri, each with its own distinct philosophy, methodology and flavours; Xynisteri, Skin Contact, Pitsilia and Commandaria.
We’ll guide you through the tasting experience, helping you understand the philosophy behind each label and to identify their unique characteristics. You’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the complexity and diversity of Xynisteri.
Whether you’re a wine amateur or an enthusiast looking to expand your knowledge, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn from an expert in a beautiful setting.
